So far half way through the course, it seems good. Hopefully the results of the chapter quizzes are an accurate representative of how one would do on the NASM CPT exam (we shall see, I will surely post an update). One thing that needs to be improved is the sync between the narration and the PowerPoint slides. So far in most chapters, the narrative and slide numbers do not match up.
