Eddie, I wanted to thank you for taking the time to create Fitness Mentors and the detailed teaching you ve done to help people comprehend the enormous amount of information that goes along with the ACE CPT. The sheer volume of the course is quite overwhelming but listening to you explain it in real person terms made it so much easier to understand. One of the things that remained a challenge throughout the studying was the muscles. It wasn t until the end that they started to click with me and even then I wasn t confident with them all. I ve already ordered the senior specialist and functional training courses so I m sure the more I study the more it ll all make even more sense.
