I really enjoyed the workshop. Dean is an excellent teacher who shared his knowledge and experiences in training with the class throughout the weekend. It was nice to have a good amount of hands on learning. I feel like I left the workshop with practical skills that I can immediately apply to training clients. I find myself looking at training in a different way after this weekend. I m glad I chose to take a certification workshop rather than studying on my own because I learned things from Dean that I wouldn t have learned on my own.
