I am very very thankful for Fitness Mentors and their program. I’m an auditory learner so the audio lectures were perfect! I thought the lectures along with the detailed study guides and the chapter quizzes were fantastic and were great reviews of the material! Eddie was also available and responded promptly to any emails with questions I had. He definitely helped to make the material and information much easier to understand.
